Motivation for Request
Evergreen hosts are frequently becoming idle after running certain server tasks, possibly due to running out of memory.
Context
It appears that tasks in the build variant Shared Library Enterprise RHEL 8.0 Debug Mode are causing hosts to become idle. (An example task that is causing this is the display task replica_sets_ese_gcm. We found this because we audit the recent tasks endpoint for deploys, and we've noticed that there have been many system-unresponsive, where this is usually empty. (The specific tasks can be viewed by adding the status you'd like to view).
This behavior is not limited to this variant when viewing splunk logs but it seems to be the more frequent offender.
It seems this behavior may have began last week.
Idle hosts are a waste of host resources since it takes down the host to be used for other tasks, which is why we're flagging this.

Not sure what to add here since I'm not familiar with this format but let us or Build know if you need any more context!
