      This depends on SERVER-69606 and when done, should allow to start the resmoke.py with catalogShard option (in general all tests will fail). The supplied arguments should set the feature flag.

      Add integration test that checks the Hello reply. Make sure that without setting the feature flag the mongod will not start.
