      If the changes of WT-9670 are added to the MongoDB repo without any other modification on the server side, the tests from the WiredTiger build variants should fail.

      If the changes of WT-9670 are added to the MongoDB repo without any other modification on the server side, the tests from the WiredTiger build variants should fail.

      WT-9670 updated the interface of the WiredTiger WT_EVENT_HANDLER with a new field called handle_general. The WiredTigerEventHandler constructor needs to be updated to be aligned with the new interface.
