Create a python script that will spin up docker containers for all supported platforms crossed with all supported versions, run an install, insert and query a document to confirm the install worked.
The test will live in mongodb-mongo-master-nightly and run right after the package step and run in a docker container that matches the host OS. It will also use https://downloads.mongodb.org/current.json to find and test old releases as well.
