      Constructing LockManager 'ResourceId's outside ResourceIdFactory is unsafe and can cause crashes – see SERVER-70154 for a more detailed explanation.

      There are several occurrences of an improper construction of a "checkpoint" ResourceId:
      1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7
