      When restoring after yield we may have to instantiate the collection snapshot from WT:

      • minValidSnapshot advanced passed our read timestamp during yield
      • the namespace is in pending DDL commit when restoring from yield

      We should add handling to this inside the functions that implement restore-after-yield for CollectionPtr
