Remove buildvariant task distro overrides for amazon 2022 .publish tags

      SERVER-71089 was supposed to remove all buildvariant task distro overrides for .publish(_crypt) uses globally, but Amazon 2022 was missed due to its newness. We should also remove overrides from this one in favor of the task-specified distro.
