We do not support more than one update/delete statement with limit: 1 and return: true (i.e. we only support a single "findAndModify") when running bulkWrite as a retryable write

Supporting this will require changing the primary key of the image_collection

The bulkWrite syntax should be compatible with this if we decide to support this in the future
