The multiversion_incompatible is currently required because the PointInTimeCatalogLookups feature flag is present in multiple versions of the server, even though its functionality is not fully implemented in older versions. We should figure out how to remove this flag either by modifying the test or by waiting until the feature is fully implemented in the last_lts and last_continuous releases.
