During resharding, we are renaming global index metadata on recipients. However, on donor shards that are not also acting as recipients, we are not cleaning up the global index metadata.
We should add a call to dropCollectionGlobalIndexesMetadata while dropping the original collection if the collection has an index version and the shard is not a recipient.
