Add the correct list of states for the StateTransitionController to wait on

      The StateTransitionController in DropsTemporaryReshardingCollectionOnAbort (ReshardingRecipientServiceTest suite) is expected to wait on the RecipientStateEnum::kCreatingCollection and the RecipientStateEnum::kDone, but is only provided the RecipientStateEnum::kDone during creation. The RecipientStateEnum::kCreatingCollection must be provided as well.

      This issue is seen only in v5.0 and v6.0.
