Extension to SERVER-69810, which added counters for updateOne/deleteOne/findAndModify calls for targeted calls and non-targeted calls(also known as calls without shard key).

In the interest of metrics, we want to separate the targeted updateOne/DeleteOne/findAndModify calls into two categories: calls made to a sharded collection vs an unsharded collection.
