Support query shape serialization in IDL for nested pipelines

      Some IDL structs contain BSONObjs that represent either a Pipeline or MatchExpression. If these structs are part of a query shape, we need to be able to parse and re-serialize that query shape with the proper serialization options, which will require passing an ExpressionContext into the IDL serialize method.
