The config fuzzer takes existing suites and adds fuzzed setParameter options. Many suites specify the "–syncdelay" paramater, while the config fuzzer adds setParameter=syncdelay. Specifying syncdelay or journalCommitInterval as both config and setParameter is an error after SERVER-72675.
