Distinct has been updated to provide a default command request SerializationContext object to updated explainStages and aggregation_request_helper::parse() calls, but the VTS isn't being passed into the parsers correctly.  The work was originally deferred to SERVER-75930, but this will still cause issues in existing tests with the NTDI security token passthrough test, so we need to address this for SERVER-74284 instead.

As the goal of these changes are in pursuit of fixing tests that will fail once serializeForCommands and deserializeForCommands are plumbed in, no new tests are being added for this ticket.
