      This will enable testing so we can clone one big collection to two collections
      Ex:
      "FilteredColelction" on shard 1
      50% of docs will be cloned to non-sharded "FilteredCollectionTemp" on shard1
      50% of docs will be cloned to non-sharded "FilteredCollection2" on shard2
