Long Bonsai optimization time with large $in predicates

      Queries with large $in predicate take very long time to optimize in Bonsai.

      For instance, the query in the LargeIndexedIns genny benchmark modified to have 500 elements in the $in predicate takes 6ms with Classic and ~2960ms with Bonsai.

       

      The investigation is done as part of SERVER-76981, this task will address the problem.
