Problem Statement

The new Red Hat certification guide introduces UBI9 base images (see the compatibility matrix). For the time-being, the UBI8 is fully supported but we should think about providing and testing UBI9 images at some point.

This work might be quite broad in its scope as we'll need to provide RHEL 9 RPMs for it.
