      SERVER-77280 introduced plans that can have multiple clustered collection scans, but a bug was discovered with the SBE plan cache and SERVER-61259 disabled plans with OR stages and clustered collection scan stages from being cached. We should investigate how to best bind the parameters and retrieve these parameters from the SBE cache.
