Create a new dbCheck parameter called secondaryIndex. This is the name of the index that we are running the extra index keys check on.

This field must be specified when validateMode is extraIndexKeysCheck
This field cannot be specified with validateMode is dataConsistency or dataConsistencyAndMissingIndexKeysCheck
