Currently when sending out mirrored read requests we do not attach encryptionInformation from the original command (e.g. here).

Although the mirrored read results are ignored, encryptionInformation is still useful to filter out QE stuff out of slow query log lines.

We should attach encryptionInformation for every mirrorable command.
