Today, we have a targeted js test serverless/shard_split_basic_test.js to test the basic operation of shard split. We also need to test it in multitenant environment by turning on "multitenancySupport".

Since shard split is built on top of initial sync, this new targeted test is enough to verify shard split works under multitenancy. We will not add more passthrough test suites for it.
