The purpose of this task is to create some working documentation around expectPrefix and SerializationContext in order to onboard the other members of our team.  The goal of this task is to build something basic that can be used by someone with some context around NTDI rather than being a fully comprehensive feature document.  The latter will be a separate ticket to be completed at project end and build upon this initial document created for internal use.
