      This forget migration step in serverless_reject_multiple_ops_migration_fail.js could return `ErrorCodes.ConflictingServerlessOperation` instead of `ErrorCodes.NoSuchTenantMigration` if the tenant migration donor instance started by the previous step (i.e, start migration) has not yet been garbage collected from the POS registry, resulting in test failing.
