Currently, git-co-evg-base tool which helps find stable base commits to run patch against is part of SDP team and is managed separately from evergreen CI. Developers tend to use single Python venv per branch, and managing several folders for all such tools becomes difficult and libraries lead to conflicts. The ask is to package and ship this tool along with evergreen CI tool.
