      Currently we're just "wget"ing bazelisk and storing it in /tmp/bazelisk. This is only a temporary solution; we should add it (or bazel itself and not a launcher) to the repo or host it internally. See https://github.com/10gen/mongo/blob/master/evergreen/get_bazelisk.sh#L6-L7
