Consolidate S2BucketAccessMethod and S2AccessMethod

      They share nearly identical code, with the only differences between (1) the name of the index (2dsphere vs 2dsphere_bucket) and (2) that the bucket index type must be index version 3, whereas the normal sphere type can be index version 1, 2, or 3.
