This ticket should modify sharding metadata for shard server specific collections, such as resharding and migration metadata.
When performing a sharded cluster restore, users have the ability to rename shards. In the magic restore procedure, we'll need to update sharding metadata documents to refer to the new name. See the technical design for more details.
