Streams: set minEventTimestampMs and maxEventTimestampMs in WindowAwareOperator

      1. WindowAwareOperator should track the minEventTimestampMs and maxEventTimestmapMs for events that fit into the window, and set these values on the StreamDocument output.
      2. We can re-enable this part of the unit tests: https://github.com/10gen/mongo/blob/master/src/mongo/db/modules/enterprise/src/streams/exec/tests/window_operator_test.cpp#L1681
