Upgrade/Downgrade testing for $queryStats on a sharded cluster

      It seems that using

      assert.commandWorked(
    st.s.adminCommand({setFeatureCompatibilityVersion: lastLTSFCV, confirm: true}));

      to downgrade doesn't keep $queryStats from working on a sharded cluster. See related ticket for what to test.
