For BF-31215, this is specific to the suse12 variant. sharding_uninitialized_fcv_jscore_passthrough is tagged with "common" which is why it runs in that variant but other similar sharding passthrough suites like sharding_api_version_jscore_passthrough aren't tagged with it. I think it should be fine to remove that tag to prevent it from running in suse12, since we'll still get test coverage in other variants.
