Test that shardCollection do not accept incompatible options of createCollection and vice-versa

      Since we are now using the same DDL cooridnator for both operations, we should make sure shardCollection keeps ignoring parameters or rejecting parameters allowed in createCollection that are not allowed in shardCollection.
