Disable LTO variants from running in nightly

      Currently we run two variants with LTO enabled in nightly. Supporting LTO in Bazel will be fairly difficult, disable the variants to allow us to start deleting SCons targets as part of phase 2 of the bazel project.

      The LTO variants are fairly safe to disable for the next few months since we do not plan to ship 8.0 with LTO enabled.

      These will be re-enabled after SERVER-85904 is complete.
