CheckMetadataConsistency should ignore deprecated index options

      The "background":true index options has been deprecated since  MongoDB version 4.2.

      We should make sure that checkMetadataConsistency and the index consistency checker ignore this fields if it is not consistent across different shards.

      This came out in the context of HELP-55594
