Allow projections with dotted fields to be covered

      The indexOnly flag is currently always false for projections including sub-documents:

      >db.test.insert({x:1,p: {s:1}})
>db.test.ensureIndex({x:1,'p.s':1})
>db.test.find({x:1},{x:1,'p.s':1,_id:0}).explain().indexOnly
false

      no different query projection seems to enable indexOnly : true on sub documents.
