Investigate ObjectIsBusy error in the replica set endpoint jstestfuzz suite when the ValidateCollections hook is enabled

      The hook has been disabled in this suite since it was causing ObjectIsBusy error with the message Executor error during find command :: caused by :: 16: Device or resource busy. There was a similar issue in the replica set endpoint jscore passthrough suite and SERVER-84362 solved it by letting the validate command bypass the router. It's unclear why this issue resurfaced in this suite.
