Today, our Azure and Okta OIDC integration tests do not, or do not always, clean up test-specific state created in the $HOME directory on the evergreen nodes running the test.
This leaves clutter and unnecessary configuration files in the $HOME directory.
Both test suites should be updated to follow the practices and evergreen configurationsĀ set in https://github.com/10gen/mongo/pull/18587/files#diff-8936d41a3fbb22cbb4c98e9c9fd07c2e8f39a3256c0573524eb62b6124bee019 which does clean up these test-specific artifacts.
