      On MongoDB instances with large caches and many available CPUs, we find that more dedicated eviction worker threads can keep cache utilization within limits without engaging application threads, which stalls workloads.

      We found a significant regression in the load test workload LoadWithOneIndex.IndividualBulkInsert after merging the changes (BF-33670), and we would like to investigate the primary causes of these regression
