This ticket should build on the work in SERVER-87172 to add PIT restore testing to the magic restore replica set passthrough. This ticket will need to:

• Add a randomized flag to determine if the test should be PIT or non-PIT
• Add the ability for the backup cursor hook to run in the background, so the js workload can run while the backup is actively being copied
• Run magic restore and write oplog entries from the source oplog into the magic restore input stream. We may be able to use the helpers here.
