      In https://jira.mongodb.org/browse/SERVER-67238, we added log output for the cipher suite used for clients connecting to a mongodb server for server versions 7.0+. 

      We would like to backport the cipher log output functionality specifically to 6.0, without the additional functionality included as part of the project work.
