Rename `featureFlagEmbeddedRouter` to `featureFlagRouterPort`

      The featureFlagRouterPort (disabled in 8.0) allows MongoD to accept the --routerPort argument from the user, allowing the process to listen on the specified port accordingly.

      The existing featureFlagEmbeddedRouter is misleading and does not accurately represent the concept outlined above. Therefore, it will be replaced by featureFlagRouterPort.

      This new feature flag could be enabled as soon as 8.0 branches out.
