Increase the query yielding period on suites running with the balancer

      Some queries return a QueryPlanKilled error on suites where the balancer runs moveCollection in background (more info on SERVER-88275). To prevent that we will increase the values of  internalQueryExecYieldPeriodMS and internalQueryExecYieldIterations on the affected suites.
