Investigate if PlanExecutorExpress needs to honor QueryPlannerParams::RETURN_OWNED_DATA

      Other plan executors include a special case to force resulting BSON objects to be "owned" if QueryPlannerParams::RETURN_OWNED_DATA is set. If PlanExecutorExpress can run in contexts that require owned BSON, it should support this flag as well.
