Add FTDC compression perf test

      We will measure the current (8.0) FTDC compression performance by calculating the average ratio of uncompressed vs compressed FTDC sample size.

      We will then add a benchmark test that will compare the delta between the FTDC compression ratio of a given commit and the previous commit. This will be used to detect regressions in compression performance.
