Run streams suite 10 times to expose any flaky failures. This will help prevent bumping the engine version for a bad commit that causes a flaky test, where a BF has not yet been opened (sometimes it make take a day or two for the BF to be opened after a flaky test failure starts).
Ensure the streams unit tests run as part of release builds.
Find a way to enforce that engine version is only bumped when all release test suites pass, right now this requires manual inspection.
