~~SERVER-89633~~ added a new build variant but didn't enable these tests with a TODO.

Unfortunately enabling the test is a bit involved: see SERVER-88964, SERVER-90971, SERVER-91702, ~~SERVER-87931~~.

Update:
This ticket was originally created to re-enable the tests disabled due to (FCV / collMod) + (movePrimary / checkMetadataConsistency / other DDL races). However now there are at least four more issues, some of which are going to be solved by Catalog & Routing, so it doesn't make sense to have this original ticket.
