The task SERVER-85772 has added support to call convertToCapped command over collections living outside the DBPrimary, therefore, the tests running convertToCapped with the balancer in background that were blacklisted because of this limitation have been enabled.
However, the multiversion tests are still be blacklisted until SERVER-85772 is backported to v8.0.

This ticket aims to:

• Enable convertToCapped tests on multiversion suites once SERVER-85772 is backported to v8.0 branch.
• Remove all the entries pointing to SERVER-85772 from the etc/backports_required_for_multiversion_tests.yml file
