      Create a new suite from https://github.com/mongodb/mongo/blob/master/buildscripts/resmokeconfig/suites/aggregation_unsplittable_collections_on_random_shard_passthrough.yml and
      add a hook for transitioning in/out of config shard while doing that.

      New Suite Name : Aggregation_unsplittable_collections_on_random_shard_passthrough_with_config_transitions.yml
