The FTDC periodic metadata collector invokes the getClusterParameter command once at the start of the server process, and every 300 seconds (by default) thereafter. This command adds an audit log entry that, if timed correctly, will cause the assertions in ocsf_authcheck.js to fail, as interferes with the audit log entries expected by the test. Modify the test so that it waits for this audit log entry right after spawning the mongod process, but before proceeding with the remainder of the test.
