There are a class of known issues around concurrent DDL operations and config shard transitions that will be fixed in SERVER-56879. Some can lead to a particular metadata inconsistency being detected by the checkMetadataConsistency command, which has been causing failures in our non-deterministic tests. While we're working on the fix, we can temporarily ignore that particular inconsistency to reduce noise in our testing.
